• Frederick Accountancy opened to continue the tradition of providing technical advice about accounting, audit, payroll, and tax matters to motivated entrepreneurs, no matter how advanced technology evolves.

Paul F. Soto, CPA is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Firm's System of Quality Control.  Statements on Quality Control Standards (SQCSs) are issued by the ASB (Accounting Standards Board) and promulgated by the AICPA.  He has been in Public Practice for 15+ years and has maintained his professional Certified Public Accountant license in good standing. Achievements include:
